Many testimonies we receive indicate listeners are unaware they can have a deep, personal relationship with God. They believe He is too big or too far away to care about them, until they learn of His love. Praise God that He is a loving Father to everyone who calls upon His name.

Please pray for listeners who contact our follow-up teams and are searching for spiritual insight. Many people ask questions about Jesus and God, especially individuals raised in other faiths. Please pray for wisdom for our staff as they offer biblical counsel.

In Thailand, FEBC reaches out to 17 different ethnic people groups through shortwave radio heard in 5 Southeast Asian countries. Listeners are often oral learners with no written Scripture; many are persecuted for their faith. Praise God for the opportunities He has provided to reach them! Pray for many lives to be changed through these Gospel-oriented programs.

Today is the fourth of July. Take a moment to pray for our country. Thank God for the religious freedoms we have in America that are not allowed in many other countries. Pray, too, that He will continue to work in and through believers here.

Today, please pray for FEBC’s Liangyou Theological Seminary in China. New curriculum and programs have recently been implemented to strengthen the course of study. Pray that the students will develop a deep understanding of God’s love and have the courage to share this love with others.

A listener from Africa shares, “I have never met a Christian; all I know I have learned from your broadcasts. Thank you.” Praise God for the many ways He is using FEBC to speak to listeners who might otherwise never hear the Gospel or choose to follow Him.

In Yemen, people who put their faith in Jesus are usually disowned by family and friends, which places a huge burden on those wanting to commit their lives to Jesus. Please pray for believers who are rejected by their loved ones; ask the Lord to give them strength.

Please pray for our broadcasting staff in Hong Kong, China. Despite numerous challenges from China’s government, they remain apolitical and pour their energy into producing Gospel-oriented programming for the many millions of Christians in this vast country.

Please pray for a listener whose testimony we received from Vietnam: “I grew up in a poor, rural family. No one ever told me about Jesus. When I moved, I heard about this extraordinary book called the Bible. I read it, listened to your programs and now I understand. Thank you!”

In Indonesia, FEBC programs are heard in 7 different languages. Please pray for the hearts of listeners in this country as they battle the cultural influence of Islam. Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world.
