Praise God for the 50 years that FEBC has been serving in Indonesia, sharing the Good News through radio in both the Indonesian language and 6 ethnic languages. In 2017, we also began broadcasting on 100+ local stations throughout the country, significantly increasing our listenership. Please pray for our programming staff.
October 4th
Our team in Thailand offers a Bible Correspondence Course that currently has 30,000 students. Many are in prison and have come to faith by studying the Bible. Pray for all students studying the life of Jesus, especially in this Buddhist-dominant country, where many consider Christianity to be a Western religion. Pray that their hearts will be open to God’s gift of salvation.
October 3rd
Praise God that one of our listener groups in Malawi grew so large that they established a new church! Pray that this body of believers will continue to grow and plant new churches. Pray, too, for wisdom and direction for Amos, FEBC’s director in this African nation.
October 2nd
Political unrest in Kyrgyzstan has led to an increase in listeners to our 6 FM stations. Please pray for more listeners to tune in and be open to learning about Jesus. Kyrgyzstan is a culturally Muslim nation, where people are expected to follow Islam.

“I have terminal cancer and little time left,” writes a listener in Japan. “Listening to FEBC every day is my biggest pleasure. Since I haven’t lived the Christian life until now, all I can do is pray. I long to know that Jesus is with me. Please offer me some advice.” Please pray for our team in Japan who respond to every letter they receive. Pray they will help listeners grow in their walk with the Lord, whether new believers or seasoned.

Romans 10:17 reminds us, “…faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.” FEBC’s mission is to ensure that the saving message of the Gospel is spread to the most remote places in the world. Today, pray for the hearts of listeners around the world, many of whom will hear the Good News for the first time.
September 29th
In Yemen, tribal identity plays a large role in the lives of people, which greatly discourages Yemenis from following Christ. Please pray for those who are drawn to Jesus; pray they will embrace their new identity in Him despite social pressure and persecution.
September 28th
Gospel speaker boxes are being distributed widely in several countries, including Vietnam, where access to radio stations or the Internet is not always possible. This relatively new content-delivery system uses SD chips containing 120 hours of Christian programming. Listeners are sharing stories that these messages are bringing many to faith. Praise God!

Followers of Christ in the Middle East experience immense persecution. Pray that they will feel God’s presence in their lives, despite ostracism from others. Pray, too, for a change of heart for those who violently oppose Christianity.

Please pray for our radio coverage in Cambodia. Pray that the staff who develop programs will be led by the Holy Spirit to develop content that is effective at reaching the hearts of listeners.
