Earlier this year, we launched a brand new station in Odessa, Ukraine, with a potential listening audience of 1.2 million people. It is the third largest city in the country, with a rich Jewish heritage. It’s also known as the humor capital of Ukraine.
In addition, we just launched a new station in the Eastern Ukraine city of Shastya, right in the heart of the conflict zone. With these two new sites, FEBC now has 4 different stations broadcasting the Gospel in the country—with the opportunity to expand to many more cities.
It’s because of this war that FEBC was granted permission to start broadcasting in the region, and other surrounding areas. FEBC’s messages of hope and peace are a welcome relief to those on both sides of the conflict who’ve fled their homes and lost family members.
God is moving the hearts of local officials to grant us licenses all across the country because they can see how the message of Jesus Christ is giving hope to their people.
The opportunities in Ukraine continue and we are so glad to be a part of God’s kingdom work in this country. Thank you for praying and supporting this ministry. God is truly making himself known in Ukraine.
