The First Generation Church

A strategy launched in 2012 to reach every man, woman and child in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This year, we’re hoping to launch our 12th station.

We begin by establishing radio stations in the large city centers. Next, we expands out towards the rural areas through repeater stations, which are very efficient because they simply replicate our existing programs.

Throughout the entire process, FEBC diligently gains a solid reputation with each government and every organization involved in order to establish lasting relationships to expand single stations into a robust network of Christian radio stations.

The Lord has given FEBC great favor in each of these regions, allowing FEBC to establish 11 FM stations throughout Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, and we just received a station license to launch a 12th FM station! Donate now to help launch a new station in Talas, Kyrgyzstan!

Successful Projects Completed

2016: Toktogul, Kyrgyzstan

In the remote region of Toktogul, two treacherous mountain passes separate people from the outside world. These passes close for the winter leaving people isolated and alone. FEBC just launched the very first Christian radio station here in 2016 to reach over 200,000 people, where there are no churches. Watch an exciting first-hand account of what it looks like to launch a brand new station, as FEBC staff go off-road up treacherous mountain passes and climb cold windy towers to get the Gospel on the air!

2016: Mongolia’s 10th Station

On Good Friday, March 25th, FEBC Mongolia launched its 10th station on 106.5 FM in Sainshand City, in the East Gobi province of Mongolia. Buddhism has long been the predominant religion of this city bordering the parched Gobi Desert and has therefore resisted the Gospel in the past. Now, however, the community can hear FEBC broadcast 24/7 in their hometown.

Four major church leaders in Sainshand have signed an agreement to usher in the ministry of FEBC Mongolia, and have agreed to host the new radio station in Sainshand Mission Church.

Sainshand is the last of the ‘3-Stations’ plan that FEBC Mongolia established in 2015-16 with the help of Moody Radio in Chicago, Reach Beyond and FEBC International Association.

2015: Issyk Kul

In the rural area of Issyk-Kul region, there are no churches, or Christian broadcasts. By establishing a new relay station on top of the mountains in Issyk-Kul, over 300,000 people gained access to Gospel broadcasts for the very first time in 2015.

2012: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

The capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek is a bustling city of nearly 1 million people. We established our main studio here in 2012, which produces programs in the local Kyrgyz language for the whole country. Broadcasts from Bishkek are now relayed to other stations in Issyk-Kul and Toktogul.
