What We Do: Boldly Share the Gospel

We use radio and digital media to reach billions with the Good News of Jesus.

HOW WE WORK

Broadcasting the Gospel

Female radio broadcaster

Every day, 260 radio stations take the Gospel to hard-to-reach places across 50 countries.

Build local relationships

Local FEBC teams make personal connections with listeners, visiting communities, following up on responses, and building relationships.

Connect with community

Wherever possible, we connect listeners with a Gospel-grounded church or body of Believers near them.

GROWING LOCAL LEADERS

Our mission is global. Our work is personal. We stay close to hard-to-reach listeners by ensuring all broadcasts are led by local leaders who speak the heart language of the people they serve. Today, FEBC radio stations are broadcasting the Gospel in 152 languages, with many listeners hearing the name of Jesus for the first time.

SEE OUR WORK IN ACTION

BROADCASTING THE GOSPEL FOR 80+ YEARS

When FEBC started in 1945, radio was the most effective tool for reaching people with a clear, singular message. In many remote villages that still lack phones or reliable internet, that remains true. But for much of the world we serve today, radio is just one part of the solution. We’re committed to using digital media and emerging technology to reach more people with the Gospel.

EVANGELIZING WITH EMERGING TECH

Billions haven’t yet heard the Gospel, and reaching them requires more than any single tool. Since about 86% of adults worldwide own a mobile phone and 75% have internet access, we’ve expanded our solutions beyond the radio.

From internet streaming to social media, new technology allows us to reach more people faster with the Gospel. Every community is unique, so we use the solution that best meets the needs and culture of the people we serve.
