Although I was young, my drinking affected my speech and memory. My general medical condition, with a very high blood sugar level due to diabetes, was hopeless.

According to my doctor, the possibility of having liver cancer was at least 2000 times greater than normal. It was as if a death sentence hung over my head.

Due to my medical, marriage and financial difficulties, I had little reason to live, so I got into my car and attempted suicide by driving the wrong direction on the expressway.

At that moment I heard a beautiful hymn on the radio, and I began to cry. FEBC became a ray of hope that saved my life.
