Who's Listening in JapanFEBC has been producing and airing Christian programming to Japan since 1945 via medium wave from FEBC-Korea's station, 1566 AM. A local office was opened in 1959 where programs are produced, partnerships are developed with local evangelical churches and follow-up work is conducted with listeners. Thousands of letters (5,000 in 2002) pour into FEBC-Japan's office every year.
Listener letterPlease forgive me that it took me months to write this letter. Still I had to write you this 'thank you' letter to each speaker: Rev. Hachiro Kobayashi, Ms. Keiko Yoshizaki, Rev. Tsuneaki Kato, and all others. It's been already 10 years since I came to know about FEBC's broadcast. During those years, I don't know how many times I have wanted to kill myself. And how often you have encouraged me and comforted me. I want to thank you from the depth of my heart.
