Persecution, lack of education, and social or geographical isolation keep more than 2.7 billion people world-wide from hearing the Gospel of Jesus.
We are working to change that. Join us and share Christ with those who are waiting to hear.
Sharing Christ is dangerous and often seems logistically impossible, but international Gospel broadcasts go where missionaries can’t. Even in the most remote and dangerous of locations, we quickly and effectively reach a potential audience of billions.
For many, this is their first and only exposure to the hope of Jesus. For others who don’t own a Bible, it’s the only way to grow in their faith.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20, NIV
This passage, affectionately known as the Great Commission, is the last recorded directive of our Savior to His disciples. It’s seen by many as the foundation for evangelism and cross-cultural missions. Today, Christians of all generations are embracing this command and sharing Christ with millions around the world… you can too.
In addition, relationships are the heart of our ministry. With Christ as our model, we build long-lasting and deep relationships with our listeners (phone calls, emails, letters and personal visits), local pastors, and even with governments (some of them hostile to Christianity, but not always to FEBC).
While capitalizing on our strength in radio for those in hard to reach areas, we now reach more people and new generations with the development of new technologies such as: Internet Streaming, Satellite Podcasts, Mobile Devices, and other new media technologies.
The math is simple, and the return on your investment is eternal:
• $120= 60 minutes of the Gospel broadcast to millions
• $60= 30 minutes of the Gospel broadcast to millions
• $30=15 minutes of the Gospel broadcast to millions
Each year more than 15,000 requests for radios flood our offices. Here’s why...
While technology is exploding and handheld devices and social networking for many of us have become our primary sources of information and communication, in other parts of the world radio continues to play an important role in sharing Christ:
