Cagayan Valley Project

FEBC has been given a unique opportunity to build a radio station in the Cagayan Valley, which is located in the northern Philippines. This region is home to 24 groups of people who have never heard the gospel.

The remote location has made evangelism a challenge. A group of churches and mission organizations met with FEBC-Philippines a couple of years ago to develop a plan.

Together they developed the Cagayan Valley Missionary Radio Project, designed to share ChristÕs love with every ethnic group in the Philippines. FEBC will build and operate a Christian radio station and local churches will produce the programs.

Programs will be broadcast in 4 tribal languages and eventually increase to 14. When itÕs fully operational, the radio station will offer Christian programming to more people groups than any FEBC-Philippines station, including 3 groups who were once headhunters.
