Responsibilities:	Broadcast Operations Ensure Consistent and reliable daily broadcasts are sustained by maintaining equipment and systems and operated by competent staff. Network Oversight Ensure reliable network operations are sustained by competent staff Facility Maintenance Ensure the upkeep of all buildings and utilities. Project Management Manage all engineering projects by producing and submitting projects plans and upon approval and funding, implementing projects to schedule and cost. Engineering Training Sustain a competent workforce by maintaining a system of training
Preferred Qualifications:	Engineering Degree, Engineering Diploma 5 to 10 years’ experience in Broadcast Engineering, FM Transmission systems 5 years in experience in management Experience in Project Management Experience in training technicians and engineering staff Experience in Asian context an advantage
Skills required:	Project Management Planning and budgeting Coaching Computer software (MS Office) ICT familiarity: networking, internet
Justfication:	Due to Pol Pot Genocide, education has been only recently jump started and there is not a large pool of educated, technically educated, people around. Then finding some who has any engineering experience, even broadcast experience is more difficult. The role would have significant training and competence building.
