Please pray for Victor Akhterov, new director of FEBC Russian Ministries (RM).  Ask God to give Victor wisdom to make the right decisions, protection in his frequent travels, and effectiveness as he presents the work of the ministry to potential partners.  Also ask God to bless his continuing efforts to develop the leadership team in Russia:  “Pray that Oleg Bindasov, Oleg Cherny, and Alexey Vlasikhin will grow in their leadership roles.”
