Praise the Lord for Jennifer Huang, who handles the letters Chinese Ministries receives from their FEBC audience. She writes, “My heart ached as I read letters from our listeners...as they poured out their plight in life. At a loss to help, I could only sigh as I read along.” Finally, after much prayer, she was shown the way: “God allowed me to serve these believers and walk with them through their travails. But in the end, He is responsible for them...He will be their teacher and He will lead them in the path of righteousness. His promise is our only hope!” Pray God will continue to give Jennifer His strength and enlightenment as she responds to listeners.
“Upon listening to the testimony of a Muslim girl on the Counseling on Air program, I came to realize that there must be a vast number of believers in China who received new lives through Liangyou Radio broadcasts. But we are not hopeless and still try our best to have them join us in listening in the early morning hours. Praise God for providing a new and innovative method of delivering the Gospel to the people of Vietnam! Their testimonies are unconventional and honest. They are simply introducing their friend Jesus to other kids.” Pray for these programs!
Sadly, RM reports that the vast majority of Russian children come from poor, struggling families where they receive little attention from their parents; religious education is virtually non-existent and children’s quality Christian material is scarce. Pray for RM’s efforts to re-package hundreds of children’s programs and record new ones to reach Russia’s current generation of kids with messages that reflect the realities of their lives.
