Steve and Rhonda serve on staff at Faith Academy, a school for the children of missionaries in Manila, Philippines. Steve is the Boarding Administrator and Rhonda serves as the Alumni Coordinator.

Steve also serves as assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop #352 at Faith Academy. Their son, Carl recently graducated from high school and will be attending university in the U.S.
